The Employer Liaison Team, part of the Into Work Advice Service, provides employers in Cardiff with free recruitment support.

Our Employer Liaison officers are experienced in working with businesses, from national to local, to source quality candidates for your vacancies. For micro, small and medium enterprises (MSMEs), the team can support the hiring process and take much out of the work out of finding the right candidates.

We offer the following complimentary support package:

• Pre-employability mentoring and training for pathways into roles/sectors
• CV sifting and pre-assessment screening to role specifications
• Advising and supporting MSMEs in the selection process
• Promotion of vacancies across extensive partner networks, established social media channels and high footfall premises city-wide
• Free interview, assessment and recruitment event facilities in over 30 different locations across the city
• Free attendance at our highly successful city-wide job fairs

Additionally, the team can help to access in-work financial support for Into Work candidates covering training costs, travel costs, childcare, and work wear.
